I have pleasure to inform you that the XXVI International Conference on Interaction of Intense Energy Fluxes with Matter will be held at the Educational-Scientific Base of the Kabardino-Balkaria State University in Elbrus settlement, Kabardino-Balkaria Republic of Russian Federation, from Tuesday, March 1, to Sunday, March 6, 2011.

Main topics are as follows:
1. Power interaction with matter under extreme conditions
2. Shock waves, detonation, and combustion
3. Equations of state for matter at high pressures and temperatures
4. Physics of low-temperature plasma

The deadline for submission and any corrections of contributed abstracts has been extended up to January 21, 2011.
