FisMat2019, the Italian national conference on the physics of matter (including optics, photonics, liquids, soft matter) will be held in Catania, Italy, from September 30 to October 4, 2019.

A special session will be devoted to Matter under extreme and metastable conditions.

FisMat2019 will be hosted by the Dipartimento di Fisica e Astronomia "Ettore Majorana", Università di Catania. The chairpersons of FisMat2019 will be Ezio Puppin (CNISM), Corrado Spinella (CNR), Francesco Priolo (DFA.UniCT).
