The 62nd Meeting of the European High Pressure Research Society (EHPRG) will take place in Manchester (UK), from August 31 to September 5, 2025.

The EHPRG Meeting takes place annually in different cities across Europe. The event typically attracts 250 attendees from across Europe and beyond (e.g. USA, Japan, Australia, Brazil, China, India). The latest research in high pressure science and technology is presented, along with reports on new capabilities of central facility beamtimes. Sessions are typically devoted to diverse topics such as geosciences & planetary sciences, food science, nanotechnology & low-dimensional materials, spectroscopy at high pressure, X-ray and neutron scattering at high pressure, theory and computation. The annual meeting of the EHPRG Women in High Pressure group also takes place at the conference.

The 62nd EHPRG Meeting will be chaired by Professor John Proctor, University of Salford, UK.
